What: Gillis Cashman, General Partner at M/C Venture Partners, will participate on multiple panels at COMPTEL PLUS Spring 2010:
In “Building a Better Balance Sheet”, Cashman and his fellow panelists will discuss long-term and short-term financing strategies, effective working capital management and how to think about the right structure for your business for telecommunications companies to ensure their long-term success by allowing it to execute the business model through all cycles of the business and the economy.
In his second panel, “Cable & RLEC Entry into the CLEC Market”, Cashman will discuss the acquisition of M/C Venture Partners’ portfolio company NuVox Communications, a super-regional CLEC, by WindStream, and how the deal represents significant developments to the competitive and strategic outlook for the CLEC market.
